Suitable for groups, 1-to-1 work, and personal exploration, they can be used anywhere, by anyone. Three DVDs show this inspiring process in action. The floor cards for the nine ‘Dances’, and accompanying support materials, are published in eight languages. Each ‘Dance’ focuses on a different aspect of NVC. This is not expressive dance! ‘Dance Floor’ is a metaphor. It is where we learn the steps of the dance of compassionate connection with ourselves and others.
